Job Description

  • Lead the Account Management Department and own end‑to‑end customer engagement across strategic global cloud and enterprise clients.
  • Drive account strategy and ensure smooth execution from early product definition through NPI, ramp, and mass production.
  • Serve as the primary customer escalation point and maintain strong long‑term partnerships through proactive communication and business reviews.
  • Identify new business opportunities with hyperscalers and enterprise server customers, supporting proposal development and competitive program bids.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, product, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to translate customer requirements into actionable technical and commercial deliverables.
  • Guide the AM organization with clear KPIs, talent development, and a performance‑driven, customer‑centric culture.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration across business units to ensure QCDS targets and program success.
  • Provide regular business outlooks, account performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in server, networking, datacenter, ODM, or ICT sectors, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrates strong track record in account management, complex project coordination, and partnership building with global customers.
  • Understands the complete server product lifecycle - from concept and design through validation, ramp, and mass production.
  • Excels in executive communication, cross-functional alignment, and navigating high-pressure customer environments.
  • Possesses strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, pricing, BOM cost awareness, and RFQ/NRE processes.
  • Able to guide teams through complex multi-site, multi-stakeholder program cycles with clarity and accountability.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable engaging directly with global clients and overseas teams.
  • Experience with hyperscalers or enterprise server customers is a strong advantage.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to travel internationally (US, Mexico, Malaysia, etc.).
