Job Description

  • Manage overall Taiwan business operations
  • Drive sales and lead commercial activities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with global direction
  • Ensure high service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
  • Manage key client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Set targets, budgets, and performance metrics; allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction across printing applications
  • Follow up strategic projects and drive deal closure
  • Create cross-business-unit synergy to maximize revenue opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan market and overseas investments (especially Southeast Asia)
  • Background in packaging industry is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation with solid understanding of sales culture
  • Proven track record in selling engineering-driven, high-value investment goods
  • Strong leadership capability with ability to manage high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute innovative sales approaches
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with determination to exceed targets
  • Ability to draft and negotiate proposals directly with customers
  • Knowledge of sheet-fed offset printing, flexo printing, digital printing, or packaging is a plus
