Driven by a culture of innovation and operational excellence, the organization provides employees with the opportunity to work on industry-leading technologies and collaborate with talented teams across the globe.Job DescriptionLead and manage a UEFI firmware development team supporting high-end server, edge server, AI server, and hyperscale customer platforms.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of platform-specific firmware features.Drive firmware project execution through project managers and firmware engineers to ensure successful product delivery.Collaborate closely with worldwide Core Firmware, Hardware, Thermal, Power, I/O, Manufacturing, and Product Assurance teams.Ensure production firmware is delivered on schedule, meets quality standards, and satisfies customer requirements.Manage firmware infrastructure initiatives, sustaining engineering activities, and customer support programs.Establish project priorities, allocate resources, and monitor engineering performance.Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing firmware engineers and project managers.Foster strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement across global teams.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance firmware development processes and product quality.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree considered advantageous. Candidates should bring at least eight years of program or project management experience with a proven record of successful product delivery.You will have strong leadership capabilities and preferably more than three years of direct people management experience within a product development organization.
