Job Description

  • Lead the customer supply chain team to meet customer requirements and ensure reliable material flow
  • Oversee order management, fulfillment processes, and KPI delivery against defined SLAs
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement and proactively manage operational escalations
  • Forecast demand, plan material delivery, and propose long‑term operational solutions
  • Influence cross‑department stakeholders and deliver performance reporting to customers and management

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years work experience in planning function with managing complex or mid to long term projects
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ in multinational environments
  • Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, and continuous improvement
  • Preferably has field service exposure and familiarity with high‑tech manufacturing processes
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies and knowledge of relevant tooling or product processes
