Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute technology programs to meet organizational objectives within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation and reports.
  • Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with company strategy in Taipei City.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Program Management, or Release Management
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes
  • Experience coordinating embedded software, firmware, or systems-level projects is highly preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
  • A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
