Job Description

  • Develop design-win opportunities by matching customer technical needs with product design and development capabilities
  • Manage and grow assigned territory accounts with a strong focus on technical sales and solution-based engagement
  • Build relationships with micro-electronics, manufacturing, and technology customers across different levels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer applications and ensure successful project execution
  • Proactively engage customers with early product and development information to strengthen competitive positioning
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline, pipeline management, and appointment planning
  • Work closely with FAE (future hire) to coordinate technical support across accounts (matrix structure)
  • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets in a self-driven, autonomous environment



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or related engineering discipline
  • Background in technical sales / FAE / R&D within relevant industry
  • Ability to provide initial technical solutioning during customer engagement
  • Exposure to B2B sales within technology, electronics, or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory priorities
  • Passion for technology and customer-facing roles
