Job Description

  • Partner closely with key customers on new product design-in and follow through quotation to order win
  • Drive growth within the semiconductor test and burn-in socket market
  • Actively contribute to and secure design wins at customer accounts
  • Monitor and communicate technical trends, end-market requirements, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare application notes, product specifications, and contribute to technical publications
  • Identify new product and application opportunities and support product definition and development
  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for customers and sales channels
  • Resolve customer application issues efficiently and professionally
  • Comply with safety regulations and promote safe working practices



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related discipline)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in application engineering or related technical roles
  • Background in semiconductor test, or burn-in applications is highly desirable
  • Strong technical documentation and business communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customers, sales, and engineering teams
  • Willingness to support customers across Taiwan and assigned regions in Asia
