Job Description

  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales teams to achieve successful product design-in at customer sites
  • Provide direct technical support to customers across server, storage, networking, IPC, and computer peripheral applications
  • Manage and respond to customer technical enquiries throughout design and mass production stages
  • Act as the key technical interface between customer engineers and internal R&D teams
  • Deliver technical seminars, product presentations, and customer training sessions
  • Proactively propose new concepts and technical solutions to address customer system needs
  • Support engineering issue resolution after projects enter mass production
  • Present product roadmaps and technology directions to customers



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Field Application Engineer, strong preference for candidates from server power supply manufacturers
  • Proficient in 2D / 3D CAD tools
  • Able to communicate effectively in both technical and commercial contexts
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel and collaborate within a global team environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid computer literacy and project management capabilities
