Job Description

  • Define and execute automation and process engineering strategies for advanced optical manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and scale high-quality manufacturing processes.
  • Lead yield improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis in high-volume production environments.
  • Evaluate and implement equipment strategies, including buy-versus-build decisions and vendor engagement.
  • Drive cost optimisation, process standardisation, and transition from development to full-scale manufacturing.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in optical, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in process optimisation, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership progression from engineering roles into management positions.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
