We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead research, development, and product innovation initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining technology strategies, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with business objectives and market demands.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute R&D strategies, product development plans, and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams, including software, firmware, and electronics development.
  • Drive new product development and continuous improvement initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and guide product strategy.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster collaboration across internal departments and external partners to strengthen innovation capabilities.
  • Build a high-performing R&D organization through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  • Ensure products and development activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 10 years of R&D experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product development projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect technology innovation with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of product compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience within OEM/ODM environments and cross-industry collaborations is highly preferred.
  • Technical background in software, firmware, electronics engineering, or related development disciplines.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
