Job Description

1. Technical Expertise & Design Leadership

  • Technology Roadmap Development. Lead annual R&D planning for LiDAR modules and define technical roadmaps for new products.
  • Develop core system architecture concepts and establish long‑term technology direction.
  • Cross‑Functional Firmware/Software Collaboration.Understand software/firmware architecture to ensure effective communication with firmware teams.
  • Enhance system integration efficiency through smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Hands‑On Engineering & Debugging.Demonstrate strong practical skills in soldering, circuit testing, and hardware bring‑up.Participate directly in hardware debugging and guide the team through system-level verification.



2. Team Management & Execution

  • Provide technical direction, coaching, and review for the engineering team.
  • Guide team members through design and debugging processes, ensuring responsibility for technical outcomes.



3. Intellectual Property & Technical Documentation

  • Support patent proposal development and conduct competitive product analysis.
  • Prepare technical documents, project planning reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of development experience, including 2+ years of technical leadership. Able to effectively guide team members through design and debugging processes, and take full responsibility for technical deliverables.
  • Strong hardware design capability, proficient in circuit design and layout tools (OrCAD / PADS / Allegro / Altium Designer), with hands‑on experience in high‑speed signal testing using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • English proficiency at a basic business level or above, capable of handling written communication and participating in meetings.
  • Flexibility to travel to support international customer projects or exhibitions.
  • Ability to support patent proposals, conduct competitive product analysis, and produce technical documentation, planning reports, and presentations for senior management.



Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:

  • Experience serving as an R&D manager or technical lead.
  • Prior experience working with international customers or participating in overseas exhibitions.
  • Familiarity with IC validation, sensor/MCU system design, as well as power and communication interface integration.
