Job Description

  • Lead the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Shop Floor Information System (SFIS) teams across Taiwan and US manufacturing sites
  • Drive manufacturing systems strategy, governance, and operational performance across multiple production locations
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee new product introductions (NPI), new production line deployments, and manufacturing system implementations
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, digitalization, process optimization, and standardization
  • Ensure seamless integration between MES/SFIS platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP ERP
  • Establish system governance, performance metrics, service levels, and escalation processes
  • Support smart factory initiatives including manufacturing analytics, industrial IoT, and advanced data-driven decision making
  • Lead geographically distributed teams and collaborate with business leaders across Taiwan and the United States

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within manufacturing systems, industrial digitalization, smart factory, MES, or SFIS environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations within server, networking, storage, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries
  • Hands-on experience leading MES implementation, optimization, integration, or large-scale enhancement projects
  • Understanding of manufacturing data integration, production traceability, equipment connectivity, and operational systems
  • Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites and international teams
  • Strong communication skills with professional English capabilities
  • Experience with SAP integration, Industry 4.0, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL will be advantageous
