Job Description

  • Lead technical engagement on air and liquid cooling architectures.
  • Support integration of CDUs, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and cooling towers.
  • Translate customer needs into specs for sensors and control systems.
  • Conduct design reviews and failure analysis for cooling components.
  • Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards and EPA regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customised cooling solutions.
  • Provide technical support at trade shows and customer demonstrations.

The Successful Applicant

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal dynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Understanding of ASHRAE TC 9.9 guidelines and EPA refrigerant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with direct-to-chip and immersion cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, and CDUs.
  • Exposure to AI and HPC workloads and their cooling requirements.
