Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of quality engineers supporting key customers.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of customer quality issues.
  • Manage improvement projects and align cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate quality performance and manage escalations with stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 7+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in quality or reliability engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and analytical tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong influencing abilities.
