Job Description

  • Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Define the company's next-generation technology and product strategy
  • Explore and build new business models beyond traditional cloud reselling/services
  • Lead engineering, platform, AI/data, and infrastructure related initiatives
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify new market opportunities
  • Build scalable technical organizations, processes, and engineering culture
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, automation, data platforms, and Web3 ecosystems
  • Drive innovation while balancing operational stability and business growth

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading engineering/product organizations in fast-growing environments
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with 0→1 building experience
  • Background in cloud, platform, AI/data, SaaS, Web3, infra, or large-scale digital products
  • Ability to connect technology decisions with business impact and revenue growth
  • Experience managing senior engineering leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and transformation-stage environments
  • Global exposure is highly preferred
