Job Description

  • Lead and manage mission-critical data center operations teams across multiple sites
  • Drive operational excellence within a 24/7 infrastructure environment
  • Handle major incident management, escalation coordination, and outage response leadership
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs, SLA performance, and team efficiency
  • Manage staffing, performance management, coaching, and team development
  • Maintain high operational rigor across change management, incident management, and infrastructure operations
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders in English
  • Support operational improvements, process optimization, and automation initiatives
  • Participate in technical troubleshooting and hands-on operational support when needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of people management experience within infrastructure, operations, telecom, IDC, cloud, or mission-critical environments
  • Strong hands-on infrastructure operations background across hardware, systems, or data center operations
  • Experience managing production incidents, escalations, or 24/7 operational environments
  • Familiar with operational KPIs, SLA management, and structured operational processes
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Growth mindset with strong ownership and execution capability
  • Stable career history with proven leadership maturity
