The role focuses on supporting the Corporate Communications and Branding Office in managing comprehensive external communications, including financial performance, major events, ESG initiatives, and global media relations.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known domestic manufacturer locate in Taichung with high global exposure. They are now looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to help them oversee all the communications externally.

Job Description

  • Assist the spokesperson in building and maintaining relationships with leading global media (e.g., international news agencies and financial media), serving as frontline support to handle domestic and international media inquiries.
  • Support the drafting and release of key corporate communications including: Financial disclosures (monthly revenue, quarterly and annual reports in Chinese and English) PR positioning for major initiatives ESG and corporate social impact narratives
  • Translate complex data into precise bilingual (Chinese/English) communication materials, ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in issue/crisis communication task forces, supporting the spokesperson in developing cross-border response strategies and unified key messages.
  • Drive digital archiving initiatives to document leadership insights and institutional knowledge, ensuring the continuity of corporate culture.
  • Support special projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and strong cross-functional coordination to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years solid corporate communication experience in well-known companies
  • Familiar with external and internal communications with great relationship with media / agencies
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, with strong insight to identify and develop positive brand stories from daily operations.
  • Ability to engage directly with senior leadership (Chairman, CEO, and functional heads), maintaining composure, professionalism, and sound judgement under pressure.
  • Upholds the highest standards of ethics and discretion.
