Job Description

  • Lead commercial strategy and execution for the Rare Disease franchise in Taiwan.
  • Develop long-term portfolio and launch plans to maximise growth opportunities.
  • Drive sales, marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L performance.
  • Partner with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Global teams to ensure launch readiness.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, patient organisations, payers, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead reimbursement and access initiatives to improve patient access.
  • Deliver customer-centric engagement strategies and market insights.
  • Develop high-performing cross-functional teams and foster a strong collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 5+ years in commercial marketing or business leadership roles.
  • Rare Disease experience is essential; hepatology experience is a plus.
  • Strong launch, portfolio management, and strategic planning experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
