Job Description

  • Act as the representative of product commercial team and customer perspective in leadership platforms
  • Lead end-to-end strategic planning and execution to drive product growth and customer impact
  • Support key business planning processes and ensure effective execution of plans of action
  • Champion digital innovation and omni-channel engagement approaches
  • Enable agile ways of working, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality delivery
  • Track and evaluate performance through both business and customer-centric KPIs
  • Represent the product team in leadership forums and contribute to resource planning discussions
  • Engage directly with key customers to gather insights and identify opportunities
  • Coach and develop team members, contributing to performance and talent development conversations
  • Align with the Marketing Capability Lead and report directly to the General Manager
  • Work in partnership with regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or medical-related field; advanced degree (Master's/MBA) is a plus
  • Prior experience in team leadership (around 2 years or more preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in product lifecycle management and strategy execution
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence across functions
  • Leadership mindset (e.g., VACC), with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
