Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth and strategic decision-making
  • Partner closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, performance tracking, and actionable recommendations
  • Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and investment evaluations to senior leadership and regional stakeholders
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance
  • Support strategic projects, business cases, and policy development within a fast-paced multinational environment
  • Lead and develop FP&A team members while fostering collaboration across finance and business functions

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or multinational environment
  • Strong business partnering capability with proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Solid analytical, forecasting, and financial modelling skills with a strategic commercial mindset
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial insights
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving process improvements in matrix organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA, CFA, or Master's degree is a plus
