Job Description

  • Define and execute the organization's global technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, governance, digital transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Oversee global infrastructure, networks, workplace technologies, cloud environments, and mission-critical platforms.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of enterprise applications supporting finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks, risk controls, and information protection strategies.
  • Lead enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership teams to align technology investments with organizational objectives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing global technology organization while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within large and complex organizations.
  • Proven experience leading regional or global technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively across executive stakeholders.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, automation, data-driven decision making, and AI innovation.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
