Job Description

  • Drive business development activities focusing on AI server, data center, and high-performance computing ecosystem
  • Identify and develop new opportunities across consumer electronics, industrial, and automotive sectors
  • Build and expand relationships with OEMs, ODMs, EMS, and strategic customers
  • Lead early-stage customer engagement for NPI programs, influencing product design and application requirements
  • Work closely with Product Management to shape product roadmap based on AI infrastructure and market trends
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, especially for high-speed and high-reliability connector solutions
  • Manage full opportunity lifecycle including RFQ/RFI, proposal, pricing strategy, and negotiation
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global teams for successful project execution
  • Track market trends including AI hardware development, interface technologies, and competitor activities



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Background in connectors, interconnect solutions, electronic components, or technical sales/BD in server or networking industries
  • Proven track record in business development, key account management, or technical sales
  • Strong understanding of connector applications and system integration
  • Exposure to AI server, data center, or networking customers is preferred
  • Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, CXL) or system-level concepts (signal integrity, thermal, power) is a plus
  • working with OEM/ODM customers is advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
