This role is responsible for end-to-end management of the overseas keyboard business, including strategy, operations, and revenue growth. The BU General Manager will lead customer development efforts while ensuring strong execution across supply chain, sales, and delivery.

Job Description

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the overseas keyboard business unit
  • Drive business strategy, growth planning, and operational execution
  • Develop and expand global client relationships, focusing on key accounts and new customer acquisition
  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, supply chain, and operations
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance competitiveness and product positioning
  • Oversee end-to-end business operations, including demand planning, production coordination, and delivery performance
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to support business growth and scale
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, and time-to-market

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in general management or business unit leadership within electronics, peripherals, or related industries
  • Strong track record in overseas business development and global customer management
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
  • Commercially driven with demonstrated P&L management experience
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Fluent in Mandarin and strong working proficiency in English
