This role focuses on operating and optimizing ISP-grade network infrastructure, with hands-on exposure to BGP/MPLS routing and backbone environments.You will be involved in both daily network operations and routing design, working closely with a technical team that values real engineering capability over theory.

Our client operates critical network infrastructure with multiple nodes across Taiwan and overseas, supporting large-scale connectivity and data transmission.

The team is technically driven and focuses on real-world network performance, stability, and routing optimization rather than purely project-based or presales work.

Job Description

  • Maintain and operate network infrastructure across multiple sites
  • Design and optimize BGP/MPLS routing and network topology
  • Support backbone and interconnection (peering) environments
  • Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning on Cisco / Juniper devices
  • Participate in network planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support occasional on-call rotation for network stability

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of BGP and MPLS (design experience is a strong plus)
  • Familiar with routing concepts, network topology, and traffic flow
  • Experience with Cisco or Juniper environments
  • Background in ISP, telecom, SI, or large-scale network environments preferred
  • Exposure to automation or API integration is a plus, not mandatory
