Job Description

  • Develop and execute medical affairs strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead scientific engagement and long-term collaborations with KEEs and KOLs.
  • Drive evidence generation, publications, medical education programs, and medical activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop medical affairs team members.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, regulatory, market access, regional, and global teams.
  • Identify unmet medical needs and provide strategic medical insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, PharmD, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong oncology experience
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and engage external experts.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
