This role is responsible for driving Medical Excellence initiatives, managing Medical Affairs systems, and supporting capability development across the medical organization. The individual will also lead medical activities, generate actionable insights, and strengthen engagement with key external experts to support business objectives.

Job Description

  • Drive development, implementation, and optimization of Medical Affairs systems and operational processes.
  • Design and execute medical capability-building programs, including technical and soft-skills training.
  • Collect and analyze medical insights, competitive intelligence, and scientific information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and execute medical activities, including advisory boards, congresses, and educational programs.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) to support Medical Affairs strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience within Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, Medical Operations, MSL, or related functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience managing KOL/KEE engagement and medical activities.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Medical Affairs systems such as Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
