The Regional Quality Manager will lead QA/QC operations and inspection teams across Taiwan and overseas, ensuring quality excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective issue resolution. The role requires a hands-on quality leader with strong problem-solving capabilities, cross-functional communication skills, and experience managing quality systems within plastic tooling or injection molding environments.

Job Description

  • Lead Taiwan and overseas QA/QC functions and manage regional quality inspection teams.
  • Drive efficient day-to-day quality operations and oversee manufacturing issue investigations.
  • Identify root causes of quality concerns and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 8 years of quality management experience within plastic tooling, injection molding, or related industries.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading quality teams.
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication skills with customer-facing experience.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and willingness to travel frequently between Taiwan and overseas.
