Job Description

  • Lead and support IT infrastructure operations across APAC countries including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Australia
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for infrastructure-related initiatives and escalations
  • Manage external vendors and coordinate cross-country IT support activities
  • Maintain and enhance Microsoft 365, virtualization, cloud, networking, and server environments
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by local support or outsourced teams
  • Partner with global IT leadership to standardize infrastructure processes and improve service delivery
  • Drive infrastructure stability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations leadership
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization platforms, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Experience managing vendors and working within multinational environments
  • Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work
  • Excellent English communication skills with confidence in regional and global stakeholder interactions
  • Prior experience supporting multiple countries or regional operations is highly preferred
