Job Description

  • Provide technical leadership for a regional design centre while actively contributing to IC design work
  • Develop and implement analog and mixed-signal architectures, particularly in signal chain components
  • Define product specifications, including system-level architecture, die size, packaging, and pin configuration
  • Perform modelling, circuit design, and simulation to ensure robust performance
  • Evaluate and select semiconductor process technologies balancing cost and performance
  • Guide layout design, oversee PCB development for evaluation boards, and support debugging and yield improvement
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, acting as the primary technical interface and escalation point locally



The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design within CMOS technologies
  • Strong foundation in circuit analysis, system modelling, and layout principles
  • Exposure to ADC, DAC, amplifiers, and post-silicon validation processes is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions
