We are seeking an experienced and visionary Analog Design Manager to lead a high-performing team of over 10 analog/mixed-signal engineers. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and execution across multiple domains including signal chain, power, and SerDes.

Our client is a U.S TOP Tier fabless company with a strong global presence and a reputation for delivering high-performance analog and mixed-signal solutions. The Taiwan R&D center, located in Chupei, plays a critical role in driving next-generation analog design and product development.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of analog/mixed-signal designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the architecture, implementation, and verification of advanced analog signal conditioning blocks and systems.
  • Engage in strategic planning and customer interactions to define product roadmaps and assess technical feasibility of new product concepts.
  • Partner with worldwide design teams to influence and adopt next-generation process nodes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience managing analog/mixed-signal design teams, ideally with 10+ direct reports.
  • Deep expertise in signal chain design, including amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, bandgaps, bias circuits, and LDOs.
  • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal design tools, flows, and semiconductor device physics.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, with a strong focus on signal chain technologies.
