Job Description

  • Build AI tools - for design automation, simulation, fault detection, performance prediction
  • Integrate tools - bring in AI solutions from the corporate engineering team, adapt them to fit local systems
  • Drive adoption - run trainings, create guides, provide hands-on support
  • Track & improve - monitor usage, gather feedback, keep optimizing

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of program management experience in chip R&D or AI enablement
  • Semiconductor industry experience is a must
  • Genuine, hands-on interest in AI (ML, deep learning, LLMs, automation tools)
  • Strong PM fundamentals: planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication
  • Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences



Bonus points:

  • Experience deploying AI tools into design/verification/manufacturing workflows
  • Familiar with EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience driving organizational change and tool adoption
