Job Description

  • Lead and develop a hardware engineering organization of approximately 30 engineers.
  • Define hardware technology roadmaps and product development strategies for AI server platforms.
  • Drive system architecture, board design, signal integrity, power delivery, and platform integration.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, firmware, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams.
  • Manage project schedules, engineering resources, risks, and product quality.
  • Partner with global customers to understand technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through mentoring and talent development.
  • Ensure successful product launches from concept through mass production.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of hardware development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading server, data center, networking, or AI hardware teams.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, high-speed digital design, power, and platform integration.
  • Experience managing large engineering organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience supporting global hyperscale or enterprise customers is highly preferred.
