Job Description

  • Optimize Vision-Language Models (VLMs): Fine-tune and align models to accurately interpret procedural videos and complex technical demonstrations.
  • Deploy Production-Level AI: Build, train, and launch successful models across NLP, Computer Vision, and Recommendation Systems.
  • Manage Data Lifecycle: Collect and arrange high-quality datasets for training and validation purposes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with research and product teams through design discussions, code reviews, and system troubleshooting.
  • Scalability & Maintenance: Extend the capabilities of our current AI services to ensure they stay at the cutting edge.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds an MS or PhD in Computer Science (or BS with significant experience).
  • VLM/LLM Expert: Proven track record in fine-tuning and aligning Large Language Models or Vision-Language Models.
  • Tech Stack Specialist: Expert-level Python skills and mastery of frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • System Savvy: Familiar with Linux and modern software development practices.
  • Bilingual: Proficient in both Chinese and English.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with Docker, K8s, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
