我們的客戶為全球知名ODM大廠AI Data Center Switch專案，具備強大研發與系統整合能力，長期與國際級網通與雲端客戶合作，致力於推動資料中心與高速通訊技術發展。

Job Description

  • 規劃與設計800G與51.2T資料中心交換機硬體架構
  • 負責高速PCB設計、Stack-up規劃與112G PAM4訊號完整性
  • 與SI/PI、Power與Thermal團隊合作完成系統設計
  • 參與EVT/DVT/PVT驗證、除錯與量產支援
  • 撰寫設計文件並參與專案時程與技術評估

The Successful Applicant

  • 電子、電機或光電相關科系畢業
  • 具5~8年以上硬體研發經驗並參與Data Center Switch專案
  • 熟悉112G PAM4 SerDes與800G OSFP介面
  • 具備高速PCB設計與電源架構經驗
  • 能獨立進行硬體設計、問題分析與跨團隊合作
