Job Description

  • 規劃並執行資本支出提案，包含設計、廠商尋源與專案落地。
  • 協調跨部門合作，確保專案在時程、成本與品質目標下完成。
  • 推動生產線與廠房安全改善，包括機械設備安全（MESS）與消防減災（FM）。
  • 執行能源與用水優化專案，並確保設備維持良好運作以支援生產需求。
  • 擔任P2P與固定資產流程之內控負責人，確保符合公司內部控制規範。
  • 工作地點：台南市 新市區

The Successful Applicant

  • 電機工程、機械工程或相關科系學歷。
  • 具備5年以上工程管理或設備維護經驗。
  • 擁有專案執行經驗，並具備良好的跨部門協作能力。
  • 熟悉AutoCAD、機械製圖以及PLC系統。
  • 具備良好中、台、英語溝通能力（TOEIC 500以上尤佳）。
