  • 負責美國、英國、荷蘭子公司完整會計循環。
  • 參與IPO前集團財務治理與海外管理升級。

我們的客戶為一家快速成長中的興櫃公司，正積極強化集團財務治理、內部控制及海外財務管理能力，並規劃推進IPO計畫。

Job Description

  • 負責美國、英國及荷蘭子公司的日常帳務及月結作業。
  • 執行總帳、應收應付、費用及固定資產等會計作業。
  • 編製月度財務報表並完成主要資產負債科目調節。
  • 處理集團內部交易對帳，並與海外團隊及當地會計師協作。
  • 協助年度查帳、稅務申報及財務流程優化專案。

The Successful Applicant

  • 會計、財務、財稅或相關科系大學以上畢業。
  • 具獨立執行Month End Closing及財務報表編製經驗。
  • 熟悉Excel及ERP系統操作。
  • 具英文讀寫能力，可處理英文財務文件及日常Email。
  • 具主動解決問題能力，能追蹤異常事項至結案。
