我的客戶是一家總部位於台灣、專注於電子支付與智慧設備的製造型企業，結合研發、製造與品牌營運能力，並持續拓展全球市場版圖。

Job Description

  • 負責製造成本制度與流程檢視，確保進銷存及相關帳務處理正確性
  • 執行產品成本計算（含材料、人工與製造費用分攤）
  • 分析產品成本結構與差異，提出改善建議
  • 支援月結作業並編製成本相關報表，提供管理決策依據
  • 監控存貨狀況，分析庫齡與呆滯風險
  • 參與盤點作業與差異分析，確保帳實一致
  • 協助優化流程與內控制度，提升整體營運效率

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備製造業成本會計或成本分析經驗（2-5年以上佳）
  • 熟悉標準成本制度與差異分析
  • 對數字敏感，具備良好分析能力與邏輯思維
  • 具備跨部門溝通能力（與產線/營運合作）
  • 熟悉ERP系統（頂新 / Oracle尤佳）
