Job Description

  • 負責伺服器系統散熱與噪音設計，提升產品熱效能與可靠度。
  • 執行專案開發過程中的散熱相關工作與技術評估。
  • 規劃並執行系統散熱測試、分析與驗證作業。
  • 與硬體、機構及研發團隊協作，解決產品散熱問題。
  • 研究並開發新世代散熱技術與解決方案，強化產品競爭力。

The Successful Applicant

  • 具5年以上伺服器散熱研發經驗，設計經理需具8年以上相關經驗。
  • 具備系統散熱測試、分析及驗證之實務經驗。
  • 熟悉散熱模組、散熱器（Heat Sink）及風扇等元件設計與製程。
  • 英文／初級商業程度。能簡報與技術進行溝通。
