As Country Finance Controller, you will oversee financial operations and strategies within Taiwan's industrial/manufacturing sector, leading full-scope financial management across distributor networks and major customer sales, while acting as a strategic business partner to influence decisions, optimize performance, and support regional initiatives.

This role focuses on executing financial closing and reporting while providing insightful business analysis to support decision-making. You will also assist in forecasting, transfer pricing, and financial modeling processes.

• The role oversees full-spectrum compliance, accounting, and tax governance for one of the company's Taiwan legal entities.
• Ensures complete, audit-ready reporting under multiple GAAP frameworks while advising business leaders on financial matters.
