The HRBP role in the retail industry is essential for driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting business objectives. This position will focus on talent management, employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

• Support the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.

• We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Assistant Manager to join our HR team. This role combines strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities (85%) with General Affairs management (15%), supporting our organization's growth and operational excellence.

• Responsible for HR area involving planning, authorization, directing execution, and strategies evaluation, HR&GA policies and making continuous improvements to HR system in developing
• Coaching for effective HR competencies to fulfill job competency requirements as well as analyzing needs, placements and rewards for employees for achieving milestones in company objectives.

• To support the strategic talent management process (acquisition, development, planning and recognition / rewards) of Taichung Plant.
• Identify and take action on any current talent gaps, deploy development programs and tools to build a talent pipeline
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to implement streamlined HR programs that drive standardization across Taiwan while ensuring business partner needs are met.
