We are seeking a Head of Digital Transformation (AI) to establish and drive an ethical, transparent, and high-performance AI framework within a highly regulated financial environment. This is a pivotal, enterprise-shaping role focused on ensuring the compliant adoption and full value realization of AI technology for the organization's future digital trajectory.

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, compliance, and security of Taiwan banking applications, while coordinating the onboarding of new applications and enhancements. At the AVP level, you will collaborate with regional/global IT teams to manage application support, information security reviews, and DR/BCM processes.

• Proven track record of delivering high returns, expertise in risk management, and lead high-performing investment teams.
