This role is responsible for full-spectrum accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, tax, audit support, and financial compliance.

The position also partners closely with regional teams on forecasting, budgeting, and ERP system enhancement projects.

This role focuses on financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering to support operational and strategic decisions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• This role will lead the global finance function for a major business unit within the electronics sector, overseeing full P&L management, strategic planning, and financial performance across a complex international operation. The position acts as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving growth initiatives, operational efficiency, and finance transformation in a highly matrixed environment.

• This role leads financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across manufacturing plants in the Asia Pacific region. This role will partner with regional supply chain and operations leaders to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, strategic investments, and margin improvement through data-driven financial insights.

• Direct reporting to the General Manager, with dotted-line exposure to regional finance.
• Hybrid work arrangement (2 WFH per week).
