Job Description

  • 規劃並領導網路交換器 BSP 與 Linux Kernel／Driver 的開發流程與技術方向
  • 指導 Switch Network OS Driver 與 AAL（Realtek／Marvell／Broadcom SDK）之設計、移植與整合
  • 主導 I2C／SPI／UART 等介面驅動實作，提升穩定度並支援通訊與硬體測試
  • 與產品及專案團隊協作，完成系統軟體設計、效能與可靠度優化，並制定量產前測試與失效分析機制
  • 建立版本治理與研發流程（Git／JIRA／CI、Yocto／Buildroot），推動技術文件與設計規範落地，同時負責團隊管理與時程交付
  • 帶領RD團隊

The Successful Applicant

  • 具 8 年以上嵌入式網通軟體／韌體開發經驗，並有至少 3 年團隊帶領或技術主導經驗
  • 熟悉 C 語言、嵌入式系統架構，以及 Linux Kernel／Driver、Device Tree、U-Boot
  • 具 BSP 與 I2C／SPI／UART 介面驅動實作與除錯經驗，熟悉主流交換器 SoC／SDK 者尤佳
  • 具 Capgemini／Altran ISS 平台相關開發經驗者佳
  • 具備良好跨部門溝通、問題分析與風險控管能力
