此職位負責台灣地區半導體關鍵供應商的全生命週期品質管理，涵蓋供應商准入、稽核、異常處理與持續改善。 將與晶圓廠及供應商密切合作，確保 Fab 製程相關產品與材料品質穩定並符合出貨要求。

Job Description

  • 負責台灣地區關鍵供應商全生命週期的品質管理，涵蓋多項 Fab 製程。
  • 處理 Fab 相關產品與材料異常，推動問題分析、改善閉環與失效分析。
  • 定期查核 Inline、WAT 等製程與產品數據，確保出貨品質符合標準。
  • 規劃並執行供應商稽核，確保符合品質系統與製程管理要求。
  • 支援新產品與新產線導入，審核 APQP / PPAP 文件並進行驗證。



The Successful Applicant

  • 具三年以上半導體產業品質相關經驗，並有 Fab QE 或供應商品質經歷。
  • 熟悉 ISO9001 品質管理系統及 QC 七大手法、8D 等工具。
  • 具備數據分析能力，能使用 Excel 與統計分析工具進行品質判讀。
  • 具基本英文讀寫能力，可處理英文品質文件與跨部門溝通。
  • 具高度責任感、良好溝通能力與持續改善導向的工作態度。
