Job Description

  • 主導 AI 威脅建模與風險評估： 深度剖析 LLM 與生成式 AI 可能遭遇的攻擊（如 Prompt Injection 或數據投毒），並制定應對框架。
  • 驅動 AI 安全工程實作： 設計並開發針對模型輸入/輸出的內容過濾與防禦機制，將安全性無縫嵌入 AI 推論流程。
  • 防護 AI 開發者生態系： 專注於 Coding 助手工具的安全研究，確保生成程式碼的純淨度並防止智慧財產權洩漏。
  • 推動自動化安全治理： 將 Security 與 MLOps 深度整合，落實自動化的 AI 合規與防禦監控。

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備 5 年以上 AI/ML 經驗，並在 AI/ML 安全或雲端原生安全領域有實戰心得/熱情。
  • 能從攻擊者視角找出 AI 應用的弱點，並熟練運用 Python 與 ML 框架。
  • 具備雲端架構與自動化實力： 熟悉 AWS/Azure/GCP 與 K8s 環境，並有能力在 CI/CD 流程中導入安全自動化。
  • 具備全球化視野的治理能力： 能解讀 NIST AI RMF 等國際標準，並將其轉化為實際的工程執行計畫。
