Job Description

  • 負責區域內醫院及重點客戶管理，達成銷售目標與業務成長。
  • 開發新客戶並推動醫院藥事委員會（DC）進藥專案。
  • 建立並執行客戶別銷售策略及推廣計畫。
  • 定期拜訪醫師、藥師及醫院相關決策者，深化客戶關係。
  • 管理客戶端產品庫存，確保供貨穩定及庫存健康度。
  • 完整紀錄客戶活動及拜訪內容於CRM/ETMS系統。
  • 編列並管理客戶活動與業務推廣預算。
  • 蒐集市場資訊、競品動態及客戶需求，提供業務分析與市場洞察。
  • 規劃及執行學術研討會、教育訓練及客戶活動。
  • 擔任產品及疾病領域專業代表，提升品牌影響力。

The Successful Applicant

必要條件

  • 醫藥產業業務經驗。
  • 醫院客戶管理經驗。
  • 具銷售目標達成紀錄。
  • 良好溝通、簡報及客戶關係管理能力。
  • 能獨立規劃及執行業務活動。

  • 具醫院進藥（Formulary Listing / DC Listing）經驗。
  • 議價經驗
  • 具Key Account Management經驗。
  • 曾負責處方藥領域產品推廣。
  • 具市場分析及業務規劃能力。
  • 熟悉跨部門協作模式。
