Job Description

  • 負責售後維修服務的整體營運管理，包括維修流程、零件庫存、成本控管與品質提升。
  • 規劃並執行售後服務策略，控管產品維修率，提升客戶滿意度與品牌信任度。
  • 主導新產品導入階段的售後服務規劃與執行，並負責物料進銷存與庫存管理。
  • 帶領並管理技術團隊，進行技術支援、人員培訓與知識分享，提升團隊整體技術能力與效率。

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備家電或電腦產品售後維修服務 10 年以上經驗者佳。
  • 具備管理團隊經驗。
  • 具備以下技能者優先考慮：
    • 電機設備保養與操作
    • 機械產品故障排除與檢修
    • 設備器材使用與維護
    • 製程設備定期檢測與故障排除
    • 設備問題改善與功能提升
