They are recognized for pioneering 3D inspection technologies and supporting customers across advanced packaging, OSAT, and high‑reliability manufacturing segments.

Job Description

  • Strategic Account Growth: Build and deepen relationships with major semiconductor and packaging clients to enhance market presence.
  • Technical Advisory: Understand customer challenges in wafer-level and panel-level packaging and recommend suitable 3D inspection solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities in emerging technology segments and support long‑term roadmap planning.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with global R&D, applications engineering, and technical support teams to meet customer requirements and ensure successful product validation.
  • Market Insights: Track technology trends, competitor movements, and customer roadmaps to support internal strategy decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering related.
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering within semiconductor equipment or inspection systems.
  • Familiarity with OSAT operations and advanced packaging technologies (e.g., Flip Chip, WLP, FOPLP, CoWos/Copos).
  • Fluent in Mandarin with professional English skills.
  • Strong communication, technical discussion, and problem‑solving abilities.
