Job Description

  • Drive technical sales initiatives by applying in-depth product and domain knowledge to customer needs
  • Manage and execute complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies, processes, and technical requirements
  • Support and influence customer solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improve operational performance
  • Provide guidance to team members and support capability development across the team
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and differentiators to strengthen positioning and sales strategies
  • Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and service delivery models
  • Lead problem-solving efforts for complex issues, applying independent judgment and analytical thinking
  • Support project execution and customer engagements with minimal supervision
  • Contribute to team performance through mentoring, prioritization, and coordination



The Successful Applicant

  • Has experience working with non-T semiconductor clients and possesses strong customer connections; background in material suppliers is a plus
  • Strong experience in technical sales, business development, or solution-oriented roles
  • Deep understanding of technical products, processes, and customer requirements in a specialized domain
  • Ability to handle complex tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
  • Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Demonstrated ability to guide or mentor team members
