Job Description

  • Define product strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Lead product lifecycle management from concept through development to commercialisation
  • Build business cases and align product roadmaps with organisational objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams to deliver successful product launches
  • Drive new product introduction (NPI) processes and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
  • Develop pricing strategies and financial models to optimise profitability and market positioning
  • Analyse customer demand and purchasing patterns to support forecasting and inventory planning
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve revenue and margin targets



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical fields such as engineering, materials science, or chemistry
  • 5-7+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably within semiconductor or related industries
  • Proven track record leading NPI initiatives and influencing P&L performance
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor processes, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a complex, technical environment
